> Judge - Do you have any paperwork to say your speedometer was incorrect? Always ask to see the certification that the radar gun was operating properly when you both show up in court. Also, the traffic study that shows it's a reasonable speed limit. If the officer doesn't have both those things in court, you should be found not guilty since they haven't proved the case. Rob |
