Skip - you might try calling the Illinois Dept of Motor Vehicles - or
whatever it is called. I am pretty sure they have temp tags available of
some kind.
The number I have is in Springfield - 217-782-6494 (Registration
Processing).
If that isn't the right number - they can forward you along.
