Don't know if this one has been mentioned.
I use cement (not premix) and just pour over oil spots and if heavy oil
use a good stiff broom to mix in to absorb oil.
The cement dust is very fine and having a cement driveway the dust coats the
driveway and gives it a rather pleasant "new look" I use a large wet
squeegie to
squeegie of as much as the dust as possible and at times take out the water
hose and hose down the driveway,and squeegie it out after the application,
dry or wet both ways work well and one bag of cement properly cared for
will last a long time,and it is quite cheap.
