Hi,

I can't speak about the door switches but with respect to your question
about the EGR stuff, I know that the threaded portion of the EGR valve to
the cyl. head is a 3/4 bolt... I looked around for a long time and did not
find an equivalent solid bolt.... I wound up taking a 3/4" bolt (or maybe
it was 7/8) and cut it to length and then turned it down and threaded it on
a lathe. It pays to know machinists if you do something like this. At any
rate, it's a fine thread, but Ican't remember if the thread count it 18 or
16... the only problem I had was that the bolt is not actually .750
diameter, but something less than that so it'll actually thread in the
hole. I suspect a machinist with a drilling table could tell you the
correct body diameter, but mine wound up being something like .739, as I
recall.

For plugging the hole in the manifold, I have no idea what size that one
is, as I have Webers. I will point out that a 72 or 73 intake manifold does
not have any accomodation for EGR, so a simple solution is to replace the
intake with one from a 72 or 73 TR6 (engine numbers CC75000 to the end and
engine numbers CF1 through roughly CF12500). Hope this helps.
