Sorry I should have elaborated.  That speedo is for the 550/590x15 tires and 
a 3.7 diff.

I believe you also have to have the adapter plate for the Triumph 
transmission.  Possibly other things.  Maybe someone else can fill that gap 
in.  

The price for the OD shaft was 124 pounds, then it appears that they had a 
couple of different surcharges of 50 pounds and 94.5 pounds.  Not really 
sure what the surcharges were for.
