The Bentley manual is supposed to be a reprint of the factory workshop
manual. Generally, it is the superior workshop manual. The Haynes is still
a good manual though. In fact, I used to have one until my step dad left it
laying on a park bench. So I made him buy me a new Bentley manual, as well
as one for himself (so he wouldn't lose mine again). The Haynes does cover
some things a bit better than the Bentley and vice versa. Personally I
would like to have both so they would compliment each other. Just my $.02
though.

What is all this talk about Haynes books? When I bought my TR the PO gave
me a beat up Haynes Owners Workshop Manual TR250&6. On the next to last
page it says Printed by J H Haynes & Co Ltd Sparkford Nr Yeovil Somerset
BA22 7JJ England. Is this the great book you are referring to? Is this
the
best there is?
