Re my earlier message about a new story being added to

I have had many problems today in uploading this file which seems due
entirely to a high level of traffic and being able to maintain an open line
within the UK. I plan to re-attempt uploading sometime after midnight when
things are a little quieter.
Apologies if you went to look and found an error message waiting - or
nothing new to read
