You will get even better cooling if you were to remove the belt driven
fan all together.  When the electric fan is on with the mechanical you
will get a turbulance that slows the air through the radiator. 

To get the best cooling use one fan only, or put two or more
fans on different parts of the radiator. 

If you use mechanical and electric fan, and they overlap
even if they are on the same side of the radiator you will 
get better cooling than just the mechanical, but not as good
as it would be with just the electric. 

Plus 15-20% gain in power.
