There's a lot of growth potential in that engine.  The Judson folks
claim 145HP out of a stock TR-3 with their blower bolted on, which is
about the same increase percentage-wise.  The folks at BFE claim that
150 is well within the reach of a streetable normally aspirated TR-4.
