Oh Yeah, I forgot, I do about 2000-3000 miles a year, a couple of runs are quite long about 150 miles (well from Oxford/Swindon to Llaidoies in the centre of Wales) other than that my longest runs are a 1&1/2 hours down the M4 to Bristol. The trip to Wales take about 6 to 8 hours, but thetas because of Ross On Wye's traffic system, Welsh roads, and Welsh drivers.
