Hi all,

A little over a month ago, my car started sputtering really badly. This
happened after I hadn't driven it for about 1.5 months (maybe more--I
think my car is getting even w/ me for negelecting it!!) I should also
mention that there seems to be some loss in power but this may be cause
it sputters so bad when I rev it.

Anyway, I sent this message to the list and the list, as usual, gave me
a bunch of suggesstions which I have tried:

1. Add some "dry gas" type of compound to the gas tank
2. look at the diaphrams in the carbs - no rips
3. check the diaphram in the fuel pump - diaphram looks OK

I miss my car!!!

Any thoughts? I have a fuel pump rebuild kit (from moss), but the
diaphram doesnt look as sturdy as the old one.

Could this be an electrical problem, and if so, how do I troubleshoot?
I shoud say I have electronic ignition on the car.

Any Richmond Triumph Register members out there who could lend me a
hand? I'll supply lunch and Beer :)
