I am going to second Lenny's suggestion. I wouldn't run my car on a set
of used wire wheels. I have a stack of 15 used wires in my shop to prove
it. In addition, I have never seen a decent set for sale.
============
Used wires can make a decent spare wheel, but that's about it. I figure it
is easier than trying to unbolt the splined hub adapter so I can put on a
steel wheel, and besides, a wire in the boot looks nicer than steel.
