I feel better already, thanks for your input, At this point I am also leaning
toward 'Practical' 'Functional' runner vs Concours as my '57 is also in
very rough shape
sheet metal wise. My frame and running gear are in fair shape.This car had been
stored "outside under tarp" for the last 10 years and has suffered quite a
bit of
deterioration as a result. I have managed to get the car running, and I've
driven it
around the block a few times. At this stage I have all the fenders (wings),
doors,
floorpans, front apron, etc stripped down and I'm preparing to section the body
prior to removal from the frame. There certainly appears to be quite of bit
of experience
represented by the participants on the 'Triumph List' so I shall make an effort
to participate.
