Not quite.  What you have is indeed a locked rear, however, a Detroit
locker is something different.  A real Detroit locker uses a geared
ratchet-type of lockup mechanism.  It allows the wheels to slip a little 
bit relative to each other, but not much.  With the wheels off the ground,
you can feel the diff lock when you rotate one wheel backwards.  And yes, 
my TR-4 does have a Detroit locker.
