I don't think FORD ever made a bellhousing that will fit both a 5
and 6 bolt engine. FORD made a bellhousing with a dual bolt pattern for
the transmission and I have never identified that part number.
Here is a list of FORD bellhousings:
5 bolt C3OZ - 6392C
5 bolt scattershield C4OZ - 6394A
6 bolt C5AZ - 6392A
6 bolt C5DZ - 6392A
6 bolt scattershield C5ZZ - 6394A
