Rather than using the published value for the circumference, you can easily
get a much more accurate measurement specific to your tire pressure and your
weight by marking a point on the bottom side of the tire and extending the
mark down to the pavement.  Sit in the car, and roll it forward or backward
at least one full rotation until the mark is again pointing at the pavement.
Make a second mark and measure between them for the most accurate roll-out.
Better still, roll off two or three rotations and divide the distance
between marks by the number of rotations.  This average will give you a
'working' circumference more accurate than anyone really needs.  This is how
you calibrate a bicycle cyclometer to get dead-on acccuracy.
