Where's it leaking? Mine was leaking around the rear engine plate
when I got it (freshly reassebled by the PO) but after stitting a while
the leaking stopped, toherwise it would have been engine pull time.
You should be able to do the old pan seal with the engine in the car,
ditto for the head gasket.
