Hi All,
Prior to installing some new core plugs I have been perusing my
Haynes manual and came across an anomaly. What a suprise I hear you say !!!!!
Anyway, on one page it says to fit the core plugs with the convex facing
outwards, yet a picture a few pages along shows them installed concave facing
outwards. Which one is right ? I have taken the old ones out of my engine and
they were all concave facing outwards. Come to think of it most of the
Stanpart engines I have worked with all had them concave facing outwards. But
at my age I am allowed to think strange thoughts.........
