Two questions: What is the best way to remove core (freeze) plugs from the block? What is the best way to replace them ? i.e. is a sealant required, are they just pounded in , etc. There are a few on my block which look a little ratty , but they don't leak , so I am planning to replace them for appearance sake only .The bare block is on my engine stand , so now would be the best time to do it. /// spitfires@autox.team.net mailing list /// or try http://www.team.net/cgi-bin/majorcool /// Archives at http://www.team.net/archive |
