Hi George,
    Full width radiators are available through most specialists here in the UK 
- these are based on the 21" wide type fitted to the early Heralds and 
Spitfires. I don't know if these are so easily found in your locale, but 
locating an early 1200 Herald or Spitfire would at least give you  a unit for 
recoring.

I've seen the ABS tunnels which are popular with the TR owners, but I don't 
think anyone imports the ABS variety for the Heralds and Spitfires into the UK 
so I've been unable to try one myself.

Early Heralds had a circular hole in the tunnel which is closed by a large 
blanking grommet. If you can find a suitable grommet, this is the easiest 
solution.
