This seems like the best place to put them, because it shoulld create a
"speakerbox" effect for fatter sound, and also puts the sound in front of you
rather than behind you so when you're driving you'll be traveling "into" the
sound rather than away from it.
How fast do you drive your Spit? Faster than the speed of sound? Whats the
sonic boom like? <g>
(I realise my physics are flawed - seeing as the sound already has a velocity
- and also Im pretty sure you can't hear a sonic boom from inside)
Seems like a good idea for speaker placement to me - I have the problem that
when the hood is down it muffles the speakers and it sounds terrible. I shall
have to investige this...
