I have done this conversion several times.  Here is the info you need.  By
the picture you will need an overdrive wiring harness (you can make this
yourself in 20 minutes - it is very easy), the overdrive transmission mount
and mounting plate, a 1" shorter driveshaft (you can make yours work by
loosing your engine mounts and pushing it a little forward), the knob with
switch that goes on the shifter (buy from any of the typical folks).  The
only question that is left, because it can't be seen, is the solenoid there?

Other than that, and assuming it works okay you would be set and it is easy
to do.  Let me know if I can help

Umm, I guess the other question is what does he mean by "just looks
like the tranny itself".  Is the overdrive unit there or is this
"just the tranny"??  That would sure change what I would be willing
to bid. (If I actually ever went to Ebay!!)
