Since it's already up over $200 and the reserve still hasn't been met, I'd
advise letting it go.  Unless you're "pagentblue" that is, in which case
your bidding looks awfully darn frantic.

As financial reference, I bought three late model overdrive trannies for
$100 total.  No guarantees expressed or implied at that price.  I sure
wouldn't spend $200 for an e-bay transmission.

As for installing one, it sorta depends on what you want.  Do you just want
it to work, or do you want to go oem correct.  You need wiring.  You spend
big bucks buying the proper switches and wires and relay, or you can make
it yourself for a few dollars.  If you're willing to run a big wire, you
can skip the relay.  The rear plate looks to be simple to make with a piece
of flat stock (haven't done it yet myself).  Or again you spend the bucks
for a "proper" one.  I don't know the dimensional difference in driveshaft
length.  If you need it cut, you need it cut.
