Help Rebuild Cilinder Head

Can anybody tell me the specification on the height from valve seat to valve
top. I am having my cilender head rebuilt to original specks. The company
doing the work need this measurement  to do a thorough job. I have looked in
the Hanes Manual with no luck, does anybody have other books which may have
this information in?
Also can anybody tell me where I can purchase valve guide seals .The rimmer
book does not list them neither does the Moss catalogue.
