Why would one need to bench bleed the brake master cylinder?  I thought that
if, for example, all my brake fluid leeked out and the master cylinder
reservoir was empty I could correct whatever problem caused the leak and
then simply bleed the brakes at each wheel starting from the furthest from
the master cylinder.  Wouldn't that eliminate ALL air from the system
including the master cylinder?
