A properly sealing cap will greatly enhance the cooling ability of the
radiator.  It won't keep up if its not sealing right.  Check the seals on
the cap.  Check the sealing surface of the radiator.  Perhaps its bent.  It
must be flat.  Lastly, have the cap checked or buy a replacement.
