This is a story that they use to sell their buildings. I have heard this
one time and time again from farmers....they got such a deal because they
had a canceled order and its sitting in a building or on a farmers land and
they just need a deposit to transfer it to you.. im not sure if its just a
thing a farmer needs to her. deal....or its in town....before they will
buy it....but I see the same ad time and time again....I think it must be a
sales strategy. Buyer beware... if you think its a good deal then go for
it, my self I do not trust people that lie or bend the truth to make a
sale.
