Hi Tom,
I have to apologise for my hasty reply (WHAT, BEER, I'm in.) to Tim's post
about a ride and meet at Hopmonk tavern, I forgot include the usual (LOL).
But as responsible adults and british car enthusiasts, we have made many
rides to destinations where we stopped and had lunch, and often have a beer
or a glass of wine for lunch. I have yet to one of our members get out of
hand, and I have not felt unsafe with any driver in line behind me, even
with my usual co-pilot grandson with me. I am confident that we would all
behave at the pub, and I believe all would like to see the Grinnell S3 out
there with us, and you would be safe. I would encourage you to join us on
the rides to any destination.
Tim, if you decide to go to Hopmonk, please post the time and Boo Boo and I
will be happy to join you, and hopefully some other members will as well, in
the parking lot so my grandson can attend and we can gather and view our
beloved LBC's.
Michael
