First you need to find out where that T-5 came from.  If you can give me the
number on the tag, I can look it up.  Should be 1352-XXX

This will give the drive gear in the transmission (there are 3 sizes 6, 7
and 8).  If you're lucky, you can buy a driven gear and use a cable straight
to the speedo.  If you're unlucky, like me.  I had to buy a gear reduction
box.  I got mine from www.smithae.com  It was $65 for the box and $30 for a
custom length cable.

Also list your tire size.  Should be able to calculate everything you need
from that.
