Crawled under TD 25939, looked at the brake box, and stuck my
finger into the big hole in the bottom.  The stop feels (it can't
be "appears" as I cannot see it) to be a shouldered pin about 3/4
in diameter and projects about 5/8 -3/4 up into the box.  The
installation of it would have to be from topside when the floor
boards are up. The nut on the bottom appears to be 1/4 BS.
