Bob,
There is a company here in the US that sells Tetraethyl Lead in gallon
containers.  If you like I can supply the number for contact; I have been
using the product in my Tiger, and it is a lot cheaper than Avgas.  Less
trouble to get, too.  You just mix it with unleaded.
