What?? FI has replaced a carb in every form of motor racing
that a carb is not mandated or the car owner is so
financially conservative(cheap) that they insist on using
antique parts.. I can have any fuel delivery curve i want
with EFI and match the engine perfectly from dead idle to
wot at any rpm ..And the down side to this is ??? Tuning an
EFI system is more like an arcade game than work.. All these
people that try to turn it into big science are a bunch of
wankers.. it is not science to do the tune up. It is just
like the deal when computers cam out and all the operators
were in white coats in tha data processing center.. EFI is
not that kind of deal at all to tune. designing it is a
tough kob though, but then most can run a PC but few can
design one!
