rew on shaft, removed the metal tab used to keep the wheel from spinning an=
d put a bolt through the hub at this point. The rim sits the normal way and=

n wire wheels. It looks like it could work if I put the wheel with the=
outside hub down on the unit. I will practice on an old wire wheel and tir=
e before I try it on my chromes. (I need to put tubes on the wheels as I am=
constantly losing air and over the years, I have had to replace many spoke=
