[Healeys] removing the rear bearing.

I have been having a drip that has gotten worse over the last year. A few
years ago I replaced the paper gasket and it helped for a while. I could not
get the bearing out at that time to replace the seal. Now I have no choice. Is
there a simple way to get it out with out ruining the bearing?
