I=E2=80=99m a big fan of a pre-lube tank. Fill it with the desired oil, =
unscrew a plug somewhere on the block - typically where there=E2=80=99s =
one that allowed the oil passage to a main bearing to be drilled, =
connect the hose, pressurize the tank with air, and it pumps oil through =
your whole system. No need to pull the distributor. =20

every time I start up an engine for the first time after significant =
work or if the accusump has been empty for a while and I can=E2=80=99t =
use that for pre-lube.
