I shimmed mine with rubber o rings. They provide a cushion for the tensioner
foot.. However, with all of the new components, the tensioner was so much
tighter, it didn't seem like I needed it. Sounds like maybe an oil pressure
problem. Are you running 20-50? Makes a difference when things warm up, and
after restarts.
