The major question is rust, as others have pointed out. You need to get
the car up off the ground and check out the frame carefully. Also check
body panels, rockers, and inside the spare tire well. While most of the
panels are avalible, replacing them all adds up, especially if you have
to pay someone to do them.
The overdrive and wire wheels are desirable, the surry top less so, unless
you plan to restore the car for show (nothing like a rare part to cause
envy!). Given that the interior is gone, $2,000 is probably tops,
assuming the frame is okay.
