MGB Electrical Flicker

My 1979 MGB has a consistent "flicker" in the dash panel lights and the radio
light that seems somewhat coordinated with the engine RPM.  It's not
noticeable in the headlights, but may be present just the same.  Any thoughts
on this?  Voltage Regulator?  Spark Plugs?  Ignition?
