This is the starter solonoid buzzing because its not getting enough voltage
because there is a bad connection somewhere or the battery is low.

Just because the headlights are bright it does not mean the battery is
charged.  Do they stay bright when the starter is tried.  If they dimm then
the battery is low.  If they stay bright then there is a bad connection to
the starter solonoid.
