So far, I don't think anyone has mentioned the #1 (IMHO) cause of Solo 2 
rollovers, and why it is such a problem. 

When the suspension hits the bump stops, the instantaneous roll center 
changes very suddenly, from somewhere along the vehicle's centerline, to the 
contact patch of the outside wheel with the ground.  This suddenly increases 
the center of gravity's leverage over the roll center by a huge amount, like 
doubling or tripling the lever arm.  This is why cars tend to "pop up" onto 2 
wheels suddenly, sometimes going over.

While increased rebound damping can keep the bouncing down and might help 
keep the car off the bump stops, compression damping helps right from the 
start...
