Make sure the cage is accessible enough to pass an inspection, otherwise,
from a tech standpoint, it doesn't exist. It'll need all the necessary
cross- and fore-and-aft bracing, as well, if not permanently installed
(which may conflict with DOT standards, or just be too hard core for some
customers), then as removable components.
