Rules of order

Somewhere I got the silly notion that Solo Prepared engine rules should
be a mirror of the GCR rules for GT 1 - 5.

If that's the case there is an Errors and Omissions I WANT in my FP car.

1. Am I way off base?

2. How do I start the process?
