It's in the latest FasTrack to be effective 1/1/02
I didn't recall that the initial proposal was limited to interior panels.
Is it too late to get a revision? The C4 Corvettes have a plastic panel that
restricts access to the top of the front shock and could benefit from the
same allowance there.
