Lets not forget another reason Nationals attendance was up
substantially: It's the economy, Stupid! (not directed at anyone).

People have extra money and things are humming along. As a first time
Nationals attendee (been auto-xing for 4 years), I wouldn't have spent
the money to attend if I didn't have the cash to begin with. I mean
$600 (or whatever) for 6 minutes of driving over 2 days, is pretty
expensive (although I wish my seat time was less; I wouldn't have
finished mid-pack).

If the economy tanks you can add or subtract all the classes you want:
attendance WILL go down. Better vote for Gore if you want attendance
to keep increasing!

JUST KIDDING!!! DON'T START A POLITICAL DEBATE HERE!!! PLEASE!!!!
I'M SORRY!!!
