It's just the first one.  Craftsman wrenches are made out of a softer
type of metal and must be more bulky to not break.  Have you ever noticed
how often Craftsman chrome sockets break?  Yeah, they're easy to
warranty, but Snap-Ons don't break at all and if one does (after 5 years
of installing and removing wheels with it attatched to a 250 lb/ft
impact) it's easy to warranty too.

I have no problem with the quality of Craftsman.  Their screwdriver
handles hurt my hands, though.
