tom and ray tell me that I must put up my Eclipse GSX for sale (hey
it's a '97 so it'd be cheaper and (but for some reason) slower than
Ledford's) and buy a rolling coffin:
1. Mercedes Benz 320
2. Volkswagen Eurovan
3. Ford EXP
4. Honda Passport
5. Saab 9000CD
I am taken to task because I am too much a risk taker, too generous
and touchy feely, too right brained and too educated for an Eclipse.
Geez, I thought it was a fun rush to launch the AWD at 5000 RPM, and
to let the turbo push its way through 3rd gear. They tell me I need
to calm down. Besides the police sure like my car, and they aren't so
educated!
But if I could get a Eurovan, EXP or Passport through tech...what
class would it run? Maybe I could get those anti rollover exterior
side brackets Consumers reports uses for SUVs..... Hey, I could say
that they were an EXTERNAL roll cage!
AND I'd have a good excuse when I go slow and hit pylons!
