I think it is a typo - on page 252 of my 1999 rulebook, I find th
exclusion list for the ST category, which does not include the "A3O2"
or "A3O3."
I don't have a 997 book to look at & see what is on page 252. I'd be
willing to bet the "1997" is a mistake - should read 1999 - everything
else makes sense, Appendix K is the ST section(of the 99 book), page
252 has a tire exclusion list for ST, and the 99 tires listed in
Fastrack are not on the list already.
Could be wrong, but that's how I see it!
