I remember the now-retired muti-time national champion Bob Smith arguing that a car that was higher than stock could, in some instances, have a performance advantage (don't ask me when or what cars.....), and that he *would* consider a protest on just such an item. IMO, he wasn't trying to be a weenie, just a stickler for the rules as written. Kent Rafferty >I really wonder if there is a weenie low enough out there to protest a >car for being too high. |
