Here's a better mousetrap.  Randy's technique works, but doesn't allow for
the bulge at the bottom of the tire.  Also needs math.  Jay's technique
involves set-up and strings blowing about in the breeze, plus the math.

How's this?  Cut a 2x2 or similar substance to 14.3" long.  The only
requirement is that it be consistently thick.  Hold the block against the
wheel if possible, or against the sidewall, to the side of the bulge.  With
your other hand, bring Randy's carpenter square up to the block.  It better
touch the bottom end, or you're screwed.  The resulting gap at the top end
of the block is pre-calibrated to 1/4 inch per degree of negative camber.
You can get a pretty accurate read of all four corners as fast as you can
walk around the car.
