Seth,
When I converted to the Bosch Alternator, I discovered the same thing. My
solution was to take the alternator down to the local auto electric
rebuilding company. They had a box of old pulleys and 15 minutes and $2
later, I had a pulley that fit.

Subject: Fw: Bosch Alternator conversion
Hi List,
If anyone on the list has done the conversion from the Lucas Alternator to
the Bosch (model for the 80 Ford Fiesta), model # AL513X and can get back to
me ASAP, I would be appreciative.
I found that the old pulley will not fit on the alternator shaft. Can you
give me specs, source, etc on what pulley needs to be used with the Bosch
alternator. I'm in a sort of a time crunch to get this car finished by this
Sunday.
Thanks,
Seth Glassman
